Ingredients:
100 gm Anchovies
300 gm Lobak Manis -Wash and keep aside
2 Cloves Garlic -Chopped
1 Chili - Cut to small
2 tbsp cooking oil
Method:
1.Freid Anchovies until brown-Keep aside
2. Use the same oil, saute garlic and chili until fragrant.
3.Add in Lobak Manis and saute until dried using small heat....maybe take 10 minit.
4.Last, add fried anchivies.Mix well.
