Kolo Mee


Recipe:
1Pkt Cintan Mee
Chicken Mince/Pork Mince
Garlic
Salt
oyster Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Celery
Perench Maggie
Shallots Oil (Bawang Goreng)

Method:
1) Boil Water, add mee, Dry, keep aside
2) In a big bolw, add perencah maggie, shallots oil and mee...mix well

Chicken mince/Pork Mince
1) Heat cooking oil in a wok, saute garlic and add in chicken mince/pork mince.Add oyster Sauce and dark Soy souce .Stair fry for 6 minit.

Make decoration and ready to serve....Simply n Yummy
