Butter Cake

Ingredients:
250gm Butter
100gm Castor Sugar
5 Egg Yolk (Large)
230gm Multipurpose Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
4 tbsp Evoprated Milk

5 Egg White (Large)
50 gm Castor Sugar

Method:
1.Place the butter and castor sugar in the bowl.Beat until light and creamy.
2.Add the egg yolk one at a time,beat well.
3.Add the flour and beat well to combine.
4.At the other mixing bowl, beat egg white until soft form.Gradually add in sugar and beat until soft peak.
5.Mix the butter until combine.
6.Bake 180 degree 50 minit.
