Steam Kuih



Ingredients:
150gm Rice Flour
1 tbsp Tropica Flour
5 tbsp Cooking Oil
160ml Water
500ml Hot water

Method:
1.Mix all the ingredient in a bowl.(except Hot water)
2.After flour combine slowly add in hot water.
3.Steam empty mold for 5 minit, pour the batter into the mold and steam
for 10 minit.

Topping:
3pcs Garlic-Chopped
100gm Chicken /Pork Mince
100gm Salted Vegetable (Chai Po)
1 tsp Gula
white pepper, dark Soy Sauce,Cooking Oil

Method:
1.In a wok, saute garlic until fragrance.
2.Add in meat mince, salted vegetable (Chai po), soya sauce, sugar and white pepper
3.Cook for 5 minit,
4.Spread into the steam cake.Serve
