Long Bean Pan Cake

Recipe: ( Agak Agak)
Long Bean ( cut to small)
Flour (Tepung Gandum)
Dried Prawn
Garlic
Shallots
Salt
oil
Water

Method:
1) Blend Garlic and shallots
2) Heat oil in a wok, saute blend ingredient until fragrant and add in long bean
3) Stir-fry for 5 minit and pour into the flour, mix with water , add in salt and Ajinomoto until flour abit sticky
4) Heat oil in a non stick pan, fry
5) Serve with Chili Sauce
