Pandan Pan Cake
Recipe:
1 Cup Flour (Tepung Gandum)
½ tsb Baking Powder
½ tsb Baking Soda
abit salt
1½ tbs Castor Sugar
1 Eggs ( Grad A)
1 Cup Fresh Milks
1 tbs butter -Melt
1 tsb esen Pandan
Method:
1) Mix flour, baking power, baking soda,abit salt and castor sugar in a bowl.Set aside
2) In a difference bowl, mix well egg, fresh milk and melt butter
3) Slowly pour ingredient ( 2) to (1)
4) Mix Well and set aside for 30 minit
5) Fry In a non stick pan
6) Ready to be serve with cheese and kaya
