Steam Bitter gourd with meat mince



Ingredient:
1 bitter gourd -Cut
300gm pork mince/chicken mince
1 pcs Salt Mackerel Fish
100 gm prawn (chopped)
Salt
1 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
5 tbsp Water

Method:
1. Cut Bitter gourd and keep aside
2. Fried Salt Mackerel fish
3. Combine all the ingredient except soy sauce and water
4. Fill the mix filling into the bitter gourd and arrange in the plate
5. Mix Light Soy sauce and water and pour into the bitter gourd and steam for 25 minit.
