Decoration Snow Sugar/Glucose/Icing Sugar (for Rolling)
Method:
1.Combine all the ingredient, except Decoration sugar.
2.Rest for 5 mint.
3.Roll...Bake 160C for 8 minit.

Durian Cheese Crape
Crepes
A 500gm Fresh Milk
4 Eggs Yolk
140gm Plain Flour
20gm Corn Flour
60gm Castor Sugar
a pich Salt
B 30gm Butter (Melted by double Boiling)
Method:
1.Place ingredient A into a large mixing bowl.Beat butter until smooth.Rest for 30 minit.
2.Add in ingredient B and mix well
3.Heat 8" round non stick pan over medium heat.Start to fry until finish ( 18-19 Layer)
For Filling:
250gm cream Cheese
60gm icing sugar
100ml fresh milk
200gm Fresh Durian
Method:
1.Blend Fresh Durian and fresh Milk.
2.Then,Mix all the ingredient and beat until smooth.
3. Layer the cake
Oreo Cheese Layer Cake
Ingredients A:
7 Egg (Grade A)
220 gm Multipurpose Flour
(if Use Hong Kong Flour 250gm)
80gm Castor Sugar
1 tbsp Ovalette
75 ml cold water)
Ingredients B
140gm Butter
250gm Cream Cheese
8 tbsp Evoprated Milk
Ingredients C
2 Packet Oren Biscuit
(Removed Cream)
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredient A in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy and creamy.
2. At the other mixing bowl, combine ingredient B and beat until combine.
3.Combine Both ingredient with lowe speed.
4.Tray: 8" x 8", 180 Temperature, 7 tbsp per layer, bake 6 minit every layer
5.1st Layer use lower n upper heat
6.2nd layer and above use upper heat
7.Bake 2 Layer and the 3rd layer arrange oreo biscuit.Layer until finish.
7.Last turn temperature to 160, use lower and upper heat , bake for 10 minute.Cover the cake with steel plate to prevent cake surface get burn.
