Yam Creamy Cheese Cake




Ingredient: (A)
4 Nos Eggs (Gread A) 
100gm Castor Sugar
170gm Multipurpose Flour/cake flour
70gm cold water
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tb Ovelet

Ingredient: (B)
50gm Corn Oil


Ingredient: (C)
150gm Cream Cheese (Sweetness adjust our self)
80 gm Creamer Milk

Ingredient: (D)

250gm Chedder Cheese

for Yam Paste
300gm yam-Peal and steam until soft
150 gm Sugar
220gm whipping Cream
50gm Cream Cheese
** Blend all the ingredient**Keep in the fridge for 30 mint

Method:
1.Put all the ingredient (A) in the bowl except Corn Oil.Beat until fluffy.Add in Corn oil.Combine well
2. Put in the 8" baking tray and bake for 170C 25-30 mint ..
3. While waiting the cake cold...
4. Beat Cream cheese and milk until combine.
5. When the cake cold...cut into half and spread Yam paste.
6. Spread cream cheese on top of the cake and deco with cheeder cheese.
7.Chill for 4 hrs before cutting.
