Cheesy Sago Cookies

Ingredient

300gm Sago Flour (**)
70gm Multipurpose Flour (**)
2 pcs Pandan Leave
150gm Butter
60gm Castor Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
60gm Cheddar Cheese
50ml Santan (Coconut Milk)

Method:


1.(**) Flour fried with medium heat and add in Pandan leave

2. Leave it aside ( 1 Days)
3.Beat Butter and castor sugar until soft, add in egg yolk, mix 
4.Add in flour,Cheedar Cheese and coconut milk..The dough will be just nice to roll into small balls
5. Bake 150C .. 30 minit or until cook
