Pineapple Tart CNY 2015

Pineapple Tart

Ingredient
300gm Butter
200gm GHEE
70 gm Aising Sugar
4 Egg Yolk
1 tsb yellow
700gm Multipurpose flour **
100gm Corn Flour**

2 Egg Yolk
1 tsb susu pekat

Method:
1. Beat butter, GHEE and Aising Sugar until creamy
2.Add in Egg Yolk and Yellow, Mix well
3. Add in Flour (*** mix together) 
4. Put the Doh in Chiller for 1 - 2 hr 
5. Shape
