200gm Butter
30gm Shortening
180gm Castor Sugar
1 Egg
300gm multipurpose flour (**)
20gm koko flour (**)
50gm Corn Flour(**)
3/4 tsb Baking Soda (**)
1/4 tsb Salt(**)
1 tbs Vinegar
1 tbs Red Colour
100gm Choclate Chip (for Deco)
Method:-
1. (**) Mix together, keep aside
2. Beat Butter,Shortening and castor sugar until creamy
3. Add in egg, vinegar and red colour.Combine
4. Mix with (**) flour, soft dough come out
5. Shape (Deco)
6. Bake 150C ...15-20 minit
