1 clove Garlic -Chopped
1.Cut Bread into slice
2. Mix Butter and chopped garlic
3. Put Garlic Butter on the bread and bake for 180C - 15Minit

Mushroom Soup
50gm Butter
1 Onion
2 Garlic -Slice
½ Cup Flour
Breast Chicken - cut into slice
2 Chicken Stok
1L Water
½ Can Env Milk
1. In the wolk, add in butter and saute onion and garlic
2. Add in chicken and chicken stock.
3. Add in water, milk and flour.Mix well
4.Use medium heat to boil .

500gm Butter
300gm Hong Kong Flour
150gm Castor Sugar
100gm Horlic
150gm Serikaya
300gm Caramel Milk
1 tbsp Ovallete
1 tbsp Pandan Paste
1½ Tbsp Koko powder+1 tbsp nescafe ( mix 1 tbsp hot water)
Method:
2. In separate bowl, beat butter, caramel milk, serikaya, horlic until creamy.
3.Add (1) + (2)
4.Add Hong Kong Flour
5. Divide to 4 portion
( 1 x Yellow, 1 x Pandan Paste, 1 x Original and 1 x Coklat )
6.Bake 180c ( 8" x 8" Tray) - 6 Table Spoon per layer
7.After Finish Baking, Cut the cake to ½" and arrange like the pic

50gm Castor Sugar
100gm Cake Flour
10gm Milk Power
Pinch Of Salt
100gm Raisins ( Soaked in jot water for 5 minit, drain n dried)
1. Mix Butter, Suagr and eggs
2. Shif in flour, milk power and salt
3. Add in raisin
4. Put in the 9" x 9" baking tray
5. Egg Wash and bake for 180C - 20 Minit
