5 nos eggs-Place in plate(keep aside)
Cooking Oil
1 onion-Cut Wages
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
3 tbsp water
Method:
1.In a non stick pan, fried eggs.Keep aside.
2.In a same wok, heat cooking oil and saute onion until fragrant
3.Add in oyster sauce, Dark soy Sauce and slowly add some water if the gravy dry.
4. Pour the gravy in the eggs.Deco with some celery
