Fried Fern with Salted Mackerel Fish

Ingredients:
1 bundle Fern
1 Onion
1 chili
3 Clove Garlic
1 pcs Salted mackerel Fish
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
½ Cup Water
2 tbsp cooking oil

Method:
1.Fried Salted mackerel fish until brown-Keep aside.
2.Blend chili, onion and garlic.
3.In a wok, saute blended onion until fragrant.
4.Add in fern and saute until combine.Then add in salted fish and oyster sauce.
5.Saute until combine and add water.
