Steam Eggs with Prawn
Ingredients:
(A) 2 eggs
8 Prawn -Peel and cut to half
1 bowl of water (Soup bowl)
salt, white pepper
Celery
(B) 100gm Chicken/Pork Mince
2 clove Garlic -Chopped
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
white pepper
cooking oil
Method: (B)
1.In a wok, saute garlic until fragrant.
2.Add in pork/chicken mince.Saute until color change.
3.Add in oyster sauce ,dark soya sauce and white pepper.
4.Saute until cooked.Keep aside
Method: (A)
1.Use soup bowl to measure 2 eggs.If eggs we put in the bowl half, then water must 1½ bowl.
2.Add eggs ,water, salt and white pepper in the big bowl and use fork to beat to combine.
3. Steam for 10 minit or until cooked.
4.After steam for 10 minit take out and arrange prawn and add pork/chicken mince in the middle
5.Steam again for 10 minit.
6.Deco with celery.
