Pork/Chicken Burger



Ingredients:
330gm Pork/Chicken Mince
170gm Silken Tofu
1 small onion-Cut into cube
1 small egg
Salt and black pepper
Maggi Secukup rasa

Method:6
1.Fried the onion until fragrance.
2.Mix all the ingredient with fried onion.
3.Divide the meat to 15 portion and shape to round.
4.Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
5.When ready, fry the burger meat in a little butter with non-stick pan.
