Apam Gula Hangus


Ingredients:
200gm Sugar
200ml Hot Water
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp evoprated Milk
2 eggs
200gm Multipurpose Flour
1½ tsp Baking Powder
1½ tsp Baking Soda

Method:
1.Cook sugar until brown with medium heat and slowly pour hot water.Mix until sugar melt.
2.Add in butter and evoprated milk.Mix well and keep aside.Keep cold.
3.Blend eggs,
4.Slowly pour blend egg and creamel into the mix flour.Mix until combine.
5.Pour into mold and steam for 10-15 minit.
(make sure to brush the mold with cooking oil before pour the butter to avoid it stick on)
