Jelly Fish Agar Agar



Ingredients for Dragon Fruits Layer:
300gm Water
200gm Fresh Dragon Fruit Juice
200gm Milk
80gm Sugar
10gm Agar Agar Powder
3 pcs Pandan Leaves

Ingredients for the Milk  Layer:
300gm Water
400gm Milk
80gm Sugar
10gm Agar Agar Powder
3 pcs Pandan Leaves

Method:
1.Mix the ingredients for Dragon Fruits layer (except Milk & Dragon fruits juice) in a saucepan and bring to boil until sugar is complete dissolve.
2.Add in milk & Dragon Fruit Juice.Pour into Fish mold till ½ full.Leave it till is set slightly.

3.Mix the ingredients for milk layer (except Milk) in a saucepan and bring to boil until sugar is complete dissolve.
2.Add in milk.Pour into Fish mold till full.Chill till set .
