Steamed QQ Cake




Ingredients:
225gm Glutinous Flour
60gm Wheat Flour
22 gm Tapiocqa Flour
130gm Sugar
300gm Warm Water
1 tsp Banana Essence

1/4 tsp Red Colour mix with 1tbsp water
50gm Glutinous Flour (Fried the flour for coating)

Method:
1.Combine all the flour into a bowl and mix with sugar.
2.Pour warm water and stir to combine.
3.Grease tray with cooking oil (tray: 10" x 12")
4.Steam for 15 minit.
5.Once removed from steam, immediately brush on the red colouring.Let it cold.
6.Dust the cutting area with toasted glutinous flour and roll on.
7.Cut with plactic knife.

Cheddar Cheese Breadtick

 Ingredients:
14gm InstantYeast
1½ Cup Warm Water
½ Cup Warm Fresh Milk
5 tbsp Castor Sugar
4 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Salt
5 cup Bread Flour

Egg Wash:
1 Egg Yolk + 2 tbsp  Eveloped milk
Cheddar Cheese

Method:
1.Mix all the ingredient and knead unit the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
2.Rest for 40 minit-1 hrs until the dough is doubled in size.
3.Take out ½ dough and flatten , then brush with eggs wash and spark cheddar cheese on top and cut .
4.Arrange into baking tray and bake 180 degree 15-20 minit.
5.Do the same with another ½ dough.
