Cheddar Cheese Breadtick

 Ingredients:
14gm InstantYeast
1½ Cup Warm Water
½ Cup Warm Fresh Milk
5 tbsp Castor Sugar
4 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Salt
5 cup Bread Flour

Egg Wash:
1 Egg Yolk + 2 tbsp  Eveloped milk
Cheddar Cheese

Method:
1.Mix all the ingredient and knead unit the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
2.Rest for 40 minit-1 hrs until the dough is doubled in size.
3.Take out ½ dough and flatten , then brush with eggs wash and spark cheddar cheese on top and cut .
4.Arrange into baking tray and bake 180 degree 15-20 minit.
5.Do the same with another ½ dough.
