Kolo Mee


Recipe:
1Pkt Cintan Mee
Chicken Mince/Pork Mince
Garlic
Salt
oyster Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Celery
Perench Maggie
Shallots Oil (Bawang Goreng)

Method:
1) Boil Water, add mee, Dry, keep aside
2) In a big bolw, add perencah maggie, shallots oil and mee...mix well

Chicken mince/Pork Mince
1) Heat cooking oil in a wok, saute garlic and add in chicken mince/pork mince.Add oyster Sauce and dark Soy souce .Stair fry for 6 minit.

Make decoration and ready to serve....Simply n Yummy

Long Bean Pan Cake

Recipe: ( Agak Agak)
Long Bean ( cut to small)
Flour (Tepung Gandum)
Dried Prawn
Garlic
Shallots
Salt
oil
Water

Method:
1) Blend Garlic and shallots
2) Heat oil in a wok, saute blend ingredient until fragrant and add in long bean
3) Stir-fry for 5 minit and pour into the flour, mix with water , add in salt and Ajinomoto until flour abit sticky
4) Heat oil in a non stick pan, fry
5) Serve with Chili Sauce


Lemonade Scanes



Recipe:
300gm self-Raising Flour
150gm cold lemonade soft drink (Sprite or 7 up)
½ tsb Salt

1) Preheat Oven 220'c
2) Pour lemonade & whipping cream into one cup.No Need to stir.
3) Mix flour with salt and make hole in the centre.
4) Pour lemonade cream into the centre
5) Use chopstick to combine the ingredient
6) Spark flour on the table.Cut the dought square.
7) Bake for 10-12minit.
8) Serve with cheese...

Baby Carrot
Baby Corn
1 Can Mushroom
Oil
Garlic


Method:
1) Boil water, Cook baby carrot and baby corn for 5 minit -Dry ,keep aside
2) Heat cooking oil in a wok and add in garlic, stir-fry until fragrant
3) Add in can mushroom
4) Arrange baby carrot and baby corn in the plate, pour mushroom at the middle
5) Ready to be serve




Curry Prawn

Prawn
Garlic -Chopped
Lemongrass
1 Pkt Curry from Maggi Mee
Oil
Dark Soy Sauce
3 tbs water

Method:
1) Heat cooking oil in the wok , add garlic and lemongrass stir fry until fragrant .
2) add curry, stir fry for 1 minit and put in prawn.
3) fry for 3 minit and pour water and dark soy sauce, Fry until cooked
4) Ready to be servce

Pandan Pan Cake

Recipe:
1 Cup Flour (Tepung Gandum)
½ tsb Baking Powder
½ tsb Baking Soda
abit salt
1½ tbs Castor Sugar
1 Eggs ( Grad A)
1 Cup Fresh Milks
1 tbs butter -Melt
1 tsb esen Pandan

Method:
1) Mix flour, baking power, baking soda,abit salt and castor sugar in a bowl.Set aside
2) In a difference bowl, mix well egg, fresh milk and melt butter
3) Slowly pour  ingredient ( 2) to (1)
4) Mix Well and set aside for 30 minit
5) Fry In a non stick pan
6) Ready to be serve with cheese and kaya
