Pork/Chicken Balls


Ingredient:-
1kg Minced Pork
2cm ginger -Chopped
1/2 tsp Lime Juice
3 Spring Onion -Chopped
Salt And Pepper

Method:-
1. Mix everything together in a bowl.Combine all the ingredients with your hand to make sure they get well mixed.
2.Pull off chunks and form into balls
3. Refrigerate for an hour or so
4.Steam for 1 minit
5.Deep fry
6.Serve with chili sauce
