Fried Lobak Manis with Anchovies (Cai Po)



Ingredients:
100 gm Anchovies
300 gm Lobak Manis -Wash and keep aside
2 Cloves Garlic -Chopped
1 Chili - Cut to small
2 tbsp cooking oil

Method:
1.Freid Anchovies until brown-Keep aside
2. Use the same oil, saute garlic and chili until fragrant.
3.Add in Lobak Manis and saute until dried using small heat....maybe take 10 minit.
4.Last, add fried anchivies.Mix well.
           ***SERVE***

Curry String Bean


Ingredients:
300 gm String Bean /Long Bean
1pkt Young Corn
200gm Prawn
1 Onion -Cut Wages
1 cili -cut long
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
(mix curry and turmeric power with 4 tbsp water)

Methods:
1.In a wok, saute onion until fragrant
2.Add in mix curry and turmeric powder, saute until fragrant.
3.Add String bean /long bean, young corn, cili, prawn and oyster sauce.Stir combine and cook for 5 minit or cooked.Add water if want more soup.

Fried Spinich with Salted Eggs

Ingredients:
1 Pkt Spinich -Wash and cut
100 gm Anchovies
1 Black Egg -Cut to cube -I Omitted (haha No Stock)
1 Salted Eggs
2 Fresh  Egg
3 Clove Garlic -Chopped
1 tsp Maggie Secukup Rasa

Method:
1. In a work, fried anchovies until brown -keep aside.
2. Use the same cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant.
3. Add in Spinich and saute 2 minit
4. Add in salted egg and cook until salted egg cooked.
5. Add in some water and maggie secukup rasa.
6. Lastly add in fresh eggs and cook for 3 minit.
7. Place in the plate and put in the Black Eggs and fried anchovies on the top of the Spinich.

Steam Bitter gourd with meat mince



Ingredient:
1 bitter gourd -Cut
300gm pork mince/chicken mince
1 pcs Salt Mackerel Fish
100 gm prawn (chopped)
Salt
1 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
5 tbsp Water

Method:
1. Cut Bitter gourd and keep aside
2. Fried Salt Mackerel fish
3. Combine all the ingredient except soy sauce and water
4. Fill the mix filling into the bitter gourd and arrange in the plate
5. Mix Light Soy sauce and water and pour into the bitter gourd and steam for 25 minit.

Cola Chicken


Ingredients:
6 Pcs Chicken Wing
3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
3 tsb Dark Soy Sauce
3 Clove Garlic
1 Can Cola
1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Method:
1. Marinate the chicken with some salt & sesame oil for 15 minit
2. Heat up oil, saute garlic and add in marinate chicken wings.Then pour cola.
3.Bring it to boil for 30 minit or until sauce is thick.

Curry Crab

Ingredients:
1 kg Sea crab -Cut
2 lemongrass
2 onion -Cut to wages
2 Shallot -Chopped
4 tbsp Fish Curry -Mix with 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
3 eggs
½ Cup Water

Method:
1.In a wok, Saute  Onion, lemongrass and shallot until fragrant
2.Add in Curry and saute with small heat until fragrant.
3.Add in sea crab, saute for 3 minit  then add in oyster sauce, chili sauce and Dark Soya Sauce.
4.Saute to combine the sauce with crab.
5.If dry, slowly pour water and boil until crab cooked
6.Last, add in egg, Cover with lid for 10 minit

Fried Japenese Tauhu


Ingredients:
2 Tube Japenese Tauhu
100gm prawn -Mince
1 breast chicken -Mince
1 Carrot -Slice
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
White Pepper
3 Clove Shallot
3 Clove Garlic
50gm Dried Shrimp
1 egg
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt/Maggie Secukup rasa

Method:
1.Pound Shallot, garlic and dried shrimp
2.Chopped Breast Chicken and prawn together
3. Mix all the ingredients.
4. Steam for 20 minit
5. Keep aside and let it cold before cut.
6.Fried with non-stick pan
