Chicken Satay




Ingredients:
1 nos Chicken Breast -Cut into Cube
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cummin (Jintan Manis)
1 tsp White Pepper
Satay Stick
Cooking Oil

4 glove garlic
1" Ginger
1" wild ginger (Lengkuas)
1 lemongrass
1" turmeric

Method:
1. Blend Garlic, ginger,wild ginger lemongrass and turmeric.
2. Marinate all the ingredient 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
3. Prick the chicken with satay stick.
4. Use Non-Stick Pan to fry the satay with medium heat.
