Salted Egg Custard Bun




Ingredients:
Filling
125gm Butter
30 gm Custard Powder
20 gm Castor Sugar
50gm evoprated Milk
10gm Tapioca Flour
5 gm Corn Flour
5 Salted Egg Yolks

Method:
1.Mash cooked salted egg yolks
2.Add all the ingredient until combine.Steam for 10 minit.Keep aside.
3.Then put in the fridge before using.
4.Divide into 12-13 portion.

Pumpkin Bun Dough
300gm Bao Flour
200gm mashed Pumpkin
30gm Castor Sugar
1tsp instant yeast
1 tsp Baking Powder
20gm corn Oil

Method:
1.Mix all the and knead until smooth.10 minit
2.Rest the dough for 40 minit.Divide into 13 portion.Roll into round.
3.Flatten the dough and wrap with frozen custard filling.Seal up.
4.Rest for 15 minit and steam for 4 minit on high heat.

Chiffon Cheese Cake



Ingredients:
(A)
4 nos Eggs Yolk
30 gm Castor Sugar
(B)
2 tbsp Fresh Milk
56 gm Corn Oil
(C)
80gm Multipurpose Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
(D)
4 nos White Egg
50gm Castor Sugar
1/4 tsp Cream Of  Tarter
(E)
100gm cream Cheese
30 gm Butter
2 tbsp Castor Sugar
(E)
Colorful Sugar /Chocolate Chip For Decoration


Method:
1.Beat Ingredient A until fluffy.About 2 minit
2.Double Boil ingredient B and use whisk to combine.
3.Mix together Ingredient B and Ingredient A ,slowly add in ingredient C.Mix to combine.Keep Aside.
4.In another mixing bowl, beat white egg until form and add in castor sugar and cream of tarter until form pick.Combine with No.3
5.Pour into 8" baking tray..Bake for 30 minit with 170C Temperature.
6.Beat Cream Cheese, butter and sugar until combine (Ingredient E)
7.Spread cheese batter on the cake and spark some colorful sugar and chocolate chip.Keep In the fridge for
4 hrs.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcake



Ingredients:
Cream Cheese Batter
300gm Cream Cheese
50gm Castor Sugar
1 egg

Method:
1.Beat cream cheese with sugar until light and fluffy.Add in egg until well combine and keep aside.

Chocolate Batter
250gm Butter
160gm Castor sugar
4 eggs
4 tbsp coco powder
160gm multipurpose flour
1½ tsp Baking Powder
1½ tsp Chocolate Milk

Method:
1.Sieve flour, baking powder and coco powder.Keep aside.
2.Beat Butter & sugar until fluffy.
3.Add eggs and beat until combine.
4.Fold flour mixer.Mix to combine.
5.Fill in the batter into cup 60% and pump cream cheese in the middle of the cake.
6.Bake 180 degree 15 minit
