Cha Yam Cake
Ingredients:
½ kg Yam Cake - Cut into Cube (Ref :Fried Yam Cake Receipe)
Garlic -Chopped
4 tbsp Cai Po (Mince Dried Carrot)
5 Eggs
White Pepper
Light Soy Sauce
Method:
1.In a bowl, combine eggs ,white pepper and light soy sauce.Keep aside
2.Saute garlic until fragrant and add in cai po.
3.Add in cube yam cake and fried with medium heat for 5 minit.
4.Pour eggs and combine.

Fried Yam Cake
Ingredients:
600gm Yam -Cut into strip
400ml Water
150gm Dry Prawn
Shallot
1tsp 5 Spicy Powder
Salt/maggie secukup rasa
White Pepper
Combine Together
300gm rice flour
450ml water
20gm tropical flour
Method:
1.Combine Flour in the mixing bowl.Keep aside
2.Blend Shallot and dry prawn
3.In a wok, pour 3 tbsp cooking oil ,saute blended shallot and dry prawn until fragrant with medium heat.
4.Add in yam, saute for 3 minit then pour water.Boil until boiled.Don't over boil, otherwise yam too soft.
5.Combine into mixing flour and add in salt, white pepper and 5 spicy powder.Adjust the test.
6.Steam for 40 minit.Keep Cold.
7.Cut into piece and deep fry.

Karipap
Ingredients for Dough:
2½ Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
½ Cup Cooking Oil (Heat until boil)
½ Cup Water
Method:
1.Put Flour and salt in the bowl.
2.Pour heated cooking oil into the flour.Use Chopstick to combine until crumbs.
3.After cool, slowly add the water to make the dough.
4. Divide to 16.... 31gm each
Ingredient for Filling:
½ kg Sweet Potato (Steam and blend)
3 shallot
2 garlic
100gm shrimp
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp Salt
3 tbsp sugar
Cooking Oil
Method:
1. Blend Shallot, garlic and shrimp.Keep aside
2. In a wok, saute blended shallot, garlic and shrimp until fragrant.
3. Add in curry power and saute with small heat.
4.Pour blended sweet potato, mix.
5.Add in sugar and salt.Adjust with your test.
Method:
1. Rolling the dough and put in filling and seal up.
3. Deep fry with medium heat.

Crape Cake (Love Edition)
Ingredient Sponge Cake:
2 egg Yolk
10gm castor Sugar
2 White Eggs
50gm castor sugar
50gm all purpose flour
35gm butter - Melt
1.Beat eggs yolk and castor sugar until fluffy.Keep Aside
2.In another bowl, beat white eggs until soft peak and add castor sugar beat again.
3.Mix eggs yolk batter with soft peak, add in flour and melt butter.
4.Bake for 15 minit 170 degree.Use 8" round tray.
Ingredient Crape Cake (18 pcs):
(A) 450gm fresh Milk
260gm eggs
120gm all purpose flour
60gm Icing sugar
(B) 60gm Butter -Melt
Method:
1.Place ingredient (A) into a large bowl.Stir well till batter is smooth.Rest for 30 minit.
2.Add in ingredient B.Mix well.
3.Heat non stick pan over medium heat and layer until finish.
Ingredient for Filling:
500gm cream cheese
100gm icing sugar
4 tbsp fresh milk
Method:
1.Beat all the ingredient until smooth.keep Aside.
Arrange for the cake:
1.Take out sponge cake, rub with cream cheese and layer with crape until finish.
2.In the middle of crape, put diffrent color (Rainbow color) to make love shape come out.
Lo Mai Kai (Glutinous Rice with chicken breast)
Ingredient A:
Chicken Brest -Cut into slice
6 pcs Dry Mushroom- Soak & cut into slice
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Shallot Oil
1½ Tbsp Corn Flour
Pepper
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredient and marinate for 3 hrs or over night.
Ingredient B:
500gm Glutinous Rice , Soak 3hrs-Drain
100ml water, 7 tbsp shallot oil, pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce & oyster sauce.
Method:
1.Mix all the ingredient and steam for 40 minit
1.Arrange marinate chicken and mushroom into alum cup and add in steam glutinous rice.Use spoon to press it .
2.Steam for 15 minit.
