Chocolate Cake Bread



Adopt: Grace's Blog

Ingredients:
300gm bread Flour
60 gm Sugar
4 gm Instant Yeast
25gm Egg
100 gm Plain Yogurt
60 gm Fresh Milk
30gm Butter

Cake Ingredients:
4 egg Yolks
40gm Corn Oil
60 gm Fresh Milk
20 gm Cocoa Powder
60 gm All purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder

4 egg White
60 gm Castor Sugar

Method:
1.Mix all the ingredient (except butter) until smooth dough.
2.Add butter and continue to kneed until smooth (10-15 minute)
3.Rest for 40 minute. Roll the dough and place into loaf pan (Tray:9"x 4"x 4")
4.Preparing the cake butter, Combine egg yolk with corn oil, fresh milk, and dry ingredients in a  mixing bowl.
5.Beat egg white until soft peaks and add sugar.Slowly combine with smooth batter.
6.Pour the batter into the loaf pan.Bake in preheat  oven at 170 Degree for 50 minute.

Cheesy Pineapple Tart



Ingredients:
200gm Butter
50 gm Icing Sugar
2 eggs Yolk
250 gm All Purpose Flour
35 gm Corn Flour
25gm Milk Power
50gm Chedder Cheese

Egg Wash:
2 eggs Yolk
1 tsp Fresh Milk

Method:
1.In a bowl,beat butter and sugar until creamy.Add in egg yolk.Mix until combine.
2.Add in all purpose Flour, corn flour, milk powder and chedder cheese.Mix Until Combine
3.Keep In the Fridge for 25 minit.

Pineapple Filling:
3 Pineapple -Peel and blead
1tsp Mix Spicy Herb
150gm Sugar
1 Lemon-Squeeze to get the juice

Method:
1.Cook sugar until brown.Add in blended pineapple and mix spicy herb
2.Bring it to boil until the batter is dry or sticky.Then add in lemon juice.

Cookies Method:
1.Pre heat oven 150 degree
2.Roll the dough into round, flaten the dough and put in the pineapple filling.
3.Roll into shape
4.Arrange in the tray, brush with eggs wash.Bake for 25 minit.

Chocolate Whoopie Pie With Mint Cream Cheese




Ingredients:
120gm Butter
130gm Sugar
1 Large Egg
240gm All Purpose Flour
50gm Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Of Salt
1 Cup Fresh Milk

For Filling
150gm Cream Cheese
5tbsp Butter
80gm Cream Cheese
½ tsp Mint Essen
1 Drop Green coloring

Method:
1.Beat together the butter & sugar until light and fluffy.Add in egg.
2.In a spread bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
3.Adding the dry ingredient and milk alternate to the batter and stir until combine.
4.Fold the batter in the plastic bag and pump about  4cm diameter into the baking tray.
5.Bake for 10-12 minit with temperature 190 degree .
6.Transfer to wire rack and allow to cold completely before filling.

Filling:
1.Combine all the ingredient and beat until soft.
2.Fold the cheese batter in the plastic bag and chill for 15 mint.
3.To assemble whoopie, spread or piping filling on one cake and then top with another one..
4.Chiller for 4 hrs.

Special Yam Cake with Pork Mince


Ingredients:
600gm Yam -Cut into strip
400ml Water
150gm Dry Prawn
Shallot
1tsp 5 Spicy Powder
Salt/maggie secukup rasa
White Pepper

Combine Together
300gm rice flour
450ml water
20gm tropical flour

Method:
1.Combine Flour in the mixing bowl.Keep aside
2.Blend Shallot and dry prawn
3.In a wok, pour 3 tbsp cooking oil ,saute blended shallot and dry prawn until fragrant with medium heat.
4.Add in yam, saute for 3 minit then pour water. 
5.Combine into mixing flour and add in salt, white pepper and 5 spicy powder.Adjust the test.
6.Steam for 40 minit.

Topping:
200gm Pork/Chicken Mince
80gm dry Prawn
3 Shallot
Salt
White pepper
2 tbsp Cooking oil

Method:
1.Blend dry prawn and shallot.
2.In a wok, pour 2 tbsp cooking oil,saute blended dry prawn and shallot until fragrant
3.Add in pork/chicken mince.Spark white pepper and salt.Adjust the test.
4.Pour into the top steam yam cake and deco some chili and spring onion.
5.Cut after cold.
