Pork/Chicken Balls
Ingredient:-
1kg Minced Pork
2cm ginger -Chopped
1/2 tsp Lime Juice
3 Spring Onion -Chopped
Salt And Pepper
Method:-
1. Mix everything together in a bowl.Combine all the ingredients with your hand to make sure they get well mixed.
2.Pull off chunks and form into balls
3. Refrigerate for an hour or so
4.Steam for 1 minit
5.Deep fry
6.Serve with chili sauce
Oreo Cheese Cake
100gm Cake Flour
50gm Castor Sugar
55gm Corn Oil
50gm Fresh Milk
20gm Koko Flour
10gm Ovalate
3 Eggs (A)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Chocolate Emulco
Method:-
1.Beat Sugar, Ovalate,eggs,Cake Flour and baking powder until light and fluffy.Around 5 Minit with high speed
2.Add in fresh milk, chocolate emulco and koko power.
3.Add in Corn oil, use spatula to combine
4. Pour in the 9" round tray
5. Bake for 20 minit
6. After cake cool divide to 2 pcs
Ingredient (Oreo Cheese - 8" Round Tray)
5 Egg Yolk
60gm Castor sugar
150ml Fresh Milk
250gm Cream Cheese
2tsp jus Lemon
250ml Whip Cream
20gm Gelatin ( soak with 60ml hot water)
1 Pkt Oreo Biskut - crushed
Method:
1.Beat Eggs Yolk and sugar until creamy -Aside
2.Boil Fresh milk(slow heat) and add in egg yolk
3.Add in Gelatin.keep cool
4. Beat Cream cheese and add in whip cream, lemon juice and Egg Yolk.
5.Add in Oreo Biskut and Combine
6.Put 1 slice Choclate Span Cake on 8" Round Tray
8. Pour Cream Cheese
9. Put another 1 slice Choclate Span Cake on top
10. Freeze
11. Deco with Chocolate Glaze - Optional

250gm dark chocolate
250gm Whip cream
25gm Butter
1.Boil Whip cream, butter and dark Chocolate
2.Combine until melt
3. Pour on the cake

Heavenly Milo & Oreo Jelly
Ingredient
12gm or 10gm Jelly - 1 Peket
750ml plain Water
100 gm sugar
400gm fresh milk
3/4 cup milo
1 peket Oreo
Method:-
1. Boil Jelly with Sugar
2. Add in fresh milk
3. Divide to 2 portion
4. 1 portion add milo
5. Milo Jelly divide to 2 portion again, 1 portion pour in baking tray 8"x8".
6.After 1st layer a bit hard pour original jelly and arrange oreo biskut.leave aside
7.Last pour milo Jelly..
8.Keep in the freeze
Ghee Cookies (Momo)
Ingredient
250gm Multipurpose Flour
30gm Milk Powder
130gm Ghee
Icing Sugar or glucose, for rolling the balls
Method:-
1. Fried the Multipurpose flour.Keep aside (1 days)
2.Add milk Powder into the fried flour and mixed Ghee in, to form into the soft dough.The dough will be just nice to roll into small ball ( 5 -6 gm each)
3.Arrange the ball into baking trays and Bake at 160C for 15 minit
4.Let Cookies cool before sifting icing sugar or glucose onto them and coated them evenly.

Cheesy Ubi Kayu Cake
250gm Cream Cheese
160gm Castor Sugar
2 Eggs
800gm Cassava (After Squeeze out the Juice)
400ml Coconut Milk
Method
1.Beat Cream Cheese and Castor Sugar
2.Add in eggs, Ubi kayu and Coconut Milk
3.Mix until combine..
4.Pour into 8" x 8" Tray
5.Bake 180c -1hr 30 minit until cook

300gm Sago Flour (**)
70gm Multipurpose Flour (**)
2 pcs Pandan Leave
150gm Butter
60gm Castor Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
60gm Cheddar Cheese
50ml Santan (Coconut Milk)
Method:
1.(**) Flour fried with medium heat and add in Pandan leave
2. Leave it aside ( 1 Days)
3.Beat Butter and castor sugar until soft, add in egg yolk, mix
4.Add in flour,Cheedar Cheese and coconut milk..The dough will be just nice to roll into small balls
5. Bake 150C .. 30 minit or until cook

4. Put the Doh in Chiller for 1 - 2 hr
